上次醃的黃瓜吃完了,因為要做新的,就順便寫一下食譜吧!

2. 辣椒切成絲,黃瓜切成約3mm片狀

3. 把黃瓜放入保鮮袋,淋上鹽麴,搖晃袋子讓黃瓜均勻的都沾到鹽麴

4. 封好袋子,放置冰箱冷藏一晚即可食用!

材料:
小黃瓜:3條
辣椒:1根
鹽麴:60g(黃瓜重量的15%),一般鹽麴料理是放10%,黃瓜水分多,個人喜歡吃稍鹹一點所以放到15%
步驟:
1. 黃瓜清洗乾淨去掉頭尾

4. 封好袋子,放置冰箱冷藏一晚即可食用!
小提示:
- 放置的時間越長,味道也會有所變化,最長能在冰箱保存7日左右。
- 辣椒去籽就沒那麼辣了。
- 可以使用波浪刀切,增加外觀上的變化跟口感。
