上午挖了些海膽,晚餐就決定是奢華的海膽義大利麵了!中間有嘗試過海膽蒸蛋,但覺得海膽的風味沒有很好的呈現出來,所以晚上再嘗試一次
海膽的風味很纖細,太重的香料會蓋過他的味道,因此這次連平常愛的帕瑪森起司都沒放,先試試看這樣的搭配如何,成品還挺滿意的,鮮奶油的甜與奶香跟海膽搭配的很好,因為很新鮮完全沒有腥味,算是很滿意的一道~
